I always see business owners make this one mistake when doing their marketing.

It leads to wasting a bunch of time and throwing a lot of money away for nothing.

Just by reading this post you'll understand why most ads don't work and you'll find out the secret ingredient to avoiding it.

Not only will you stop throwing your money away, but you'll get BIG bucks without having to put big effort into it.

But first, let me ask you something. Have you ever heard the saying... "Work Smart not Hard". Even though it’s total BS, It applies to marketing very well. Let Me Explain What I Mean:

Even after failing their marketing, many business owners don’t stop here and they do the following:

They throw even more time and money at it. The worst part is…

…it ends up not working anyway. It's daunting.

But that doesn't mean we can’t do anything to fix it.

Most likely though, people get all unmotivated and desperate afterwards. So what they usually decide to do is go online and find a solution to their problem.

They open up youtube and stumble upon endless amounts of videos from every Guru out there, trying to sell them on a course. And people still don’t seem to understand that there is no magic formula. And I can’t stress this enough.

Like with anything else out there, the solution doesn’t lie far from the problem.

So let’s fix it.

The REAL solution is writing multiple small ads, which catch attention.

They will bring leads, and then you test them all against each other to see which one monetizes that attention the best.

If you do this properly, on a small scale, you will not waste a lot of money nor your time.

AND I have a few tips for you:

  • “Don’t over complicate your ads, talking about random stuff”

Every Ad should be written to the point. In day to day life, almost anything competes trying to catch our attention. So what makes your Ad special? Why should I read yours?

It should make me want to leave everything aside and read your Ad. Talk about MY problem..

If I feel a NEED to read your Ad, I’m sure as hell gonna do so.. So include me in it. Talk to ME.

For example: If you want to sell fixing phones…

Instead of writing “In these days of age, not having a working phone means you are at a stillstand”

…and I “READ ON”...

Fine… I don’t care.. I know that already…

…Write “Is the Screen of Your Phone Cracked?”

“Address my problem”

It’s the simplest way to get my attention because if I had that problem I sure as hell would notice the ad.

Another thing is…

  • “Sell what your offer”

Now I know this sounds silly. You’ll think: “Duhh… why else should I make an Ad”

But I see hundreds of Ads that have no “Call to Action”. Nothing to do after you read the Ad.

Or even worse. If they do have it…

…it’s shit

So let’s fix this as well.

And here is another example:

A solar panel cleaning ad says: “Dirty solar panels cost you money, call Justin today!”

You see.. There are two things wrong with this…

  1. That’s just a statement. It’s same as writing “Cows are very expensive to buy, call Justin today”

There is absolutely no reason to call Justin!!

  1. The offer is very hard for a normal person to do. So they don’t want to act.

Always make what you want them to do more straightforward.

People don’t like talking on the phone these days. Let alone call someone “they don’t know”.

Simplify the offer

For example like this: “Send us a message through WhatsApp today! - And we’ll…”

This way the offer is very simple and people will surely act upon it if they have the need for what you offer.

It's not a lot of work, if you know what you are doing. But it could be hard and overwhelming, for someone without any real experience in writing ads or a solid understanding of marketing.

So now, you can try to do this yourself, or you can simply have us do it with you and for you.

We handle Marketing, you handle everything else!
